Since 1999 we have delivered external utility network projects in northern and western Lithuania and the Kaunas region. We are a Šiauliai-based contractor working with our own crew and our own equipment.

Services

Our own crew and machinery do the work: we dig, lay, connect, test and backfill. The coloured stripe on each service matches the colour used to mark that network on site.

How we work

Every site is handed over with pressure and leak test reports, a geodetic as-built survey and as-built documentation.

  1. Survey and estimate

    We review the design or visit the site to assess the soil, depths and existing utilities. You receive a cost estimate and a timeline.

  2. Contract and schedule

    The contract fixes the price, scope and completion date. We arrange permits and connection terms with the network owners.

  3. Work on site

    We dig, lay and backfill with our own machinery. A dedicated site manager keeps you updated on progress.

  4. Testing and handover

    We carry out pressure and leak tests, order the geodetic survey and hand over the as-built documentation.
